Returns and refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are happy with your We Three Kings purchases. If you are not happy, please let us know within 30 days and return the item to us.
Send back the We Three Kings item and we will provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the returned product. If you would rather exchange the item for another We Three Kings product, we are happy to exchange it for a different We Three Kings product of equivalent value to your original purchase.
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase in your correspondence to us as this will speed up the process. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund process & exchanges
We will send you an email upon receipt to let you that we have received your returned item, and update you on the status of your refund request. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours of processing. Please note that overseas transactions may take up to three days from the time that we process the credit to deliver your funds back into your account.
To return your product, please mail your We Three Kings product to: 34 ALDER ST Caulfield South Victoria AU 3162. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing or damaged items
If an order arrives missing an item, or an item is damaged in transit, we need you to notify us within three working days so that we can follow up internally and with our delivery partners. In the case of breakage, we will replace the broken item. In the case of missing ordered items, we will send that item to you at our expense.
