We have clients in very state and ship product from the east coast of Tassie to Darwin and the Kimberley.
Our products are created to-order or in small batch lots so please allow 2 working days for your product to be created.
We understand that online shopping is the domain of instant gratification. We get it - and always do whatever we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We try to ship each business day where possible but at a minimum, we always ship on Wed and Friday of each week.
Shipping within Australia -
We currently offer free standard Australia Post shipping Australia-wide on all styling waxes and for other orders over $30.00.
We find that Australian orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days. While we have found that most of our deliveries are arriving quite promptly, please be aware that Australia Post are warning of a 5-7 working day delay on package delivery.
We haven't seen this so far, but if you are running low or ordering as a gift, please take these potential delays into account.
Please note that potential delays resulting from a high volume of orders, COVID-19 constraints or general postal service problems are unfortunately outside of our control.
Australia Post currently warns that COVID-19 is delaying domestic deliveries by up to a week.
Shipping outside of Australia -
We have recently extended our distribution to include shipping to clients in New Zealand, Singapore and the United States of America. We hope to open to other jurisdictions within the next few months. If you are somewhere else and would like us to ship to you, please contact us and let us know.
We currently offer a partially subsidised flat fee of AUD$15.00 on standard international Australia Post shipping and now offer free shipping for all orders of AUD$100 or more.
Australia Post say that standard international shipping typically takes 9-20 business days to arrive but please be aware that COVID-19 restrictions in your local jurisdiction may affect delivery once your delivery lands in your country.
Taxes and charges
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We Three Kings is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Tracking your order
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
